Ailie has a decade of experience in the Cayman Islands and wider Caribbean real estate markets. As a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer for leading surveying firms in the Cayman Islands, Ailie has valued thousands of properties across the Caribbean including multiple hotels, commercial and prime residential assets. She also served on the board for the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Cayman Islands for over five years.

Ailie’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University, and a Master of Arts in Economics and Geography from the University of Edinburgh. She qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Real Estate team in London, where she developed an extensive understanding of valuation, development, investment and strategic real estate consulting.
